CTEK developed an Ingredient Management Systems (IMS) for the weighing, dispensing, validation and recording of Major and Minor Ingredient additions into production batches and processes.
The IMS system implemented prevents tipping of wrong ingredients, reducing costly rework, as each ingredient dispensed is used in the correct batch.
CTEK IMS software was then integrated with a bespoke ERP system that captures mixing parameter details, batch silo tags and other plant based information providing true procedural control at the point of tipping.
