GEA Singapore wanted a solution for development and installation of Reporting Portals for their customer – Lotte Foods plants at Poseung dry blending factory and Hoeng Sung big bag filling factory in South Korea.
This reporting capacity also required significant data inputs from the maintenance area and ingredients warehousing system.
CTEK developed a portal that supplied five low complexity reports which covered areas including Plant production, Ingredients used, Maintenance history, CIP report and Metal detector report.
