Morinaga’s new infant formula plant near Lahore wanted smart solutions for their production facility that process over 40 batches per day of ingredients and bags for their dry blending and sachet manufacturing process. They wanted systems for Track & Trace, Ingredient Management, Recipe management, Plant reporting portal and the integration to their SAP system.

  • Ingredients issue to satisfy production batch requirements. Recipe Management and Ingredient Dispensing including labelling and tracking of sub lots
  • Production Tracking and tracking of HU usage
  • Recipe ingredient validation at tipping stations
  • Batch tracking through production steps

The reporting solutions provided data that covers daily and accumulated productions results, ingredients used in production, maintenance history, cleaning report etc. CTEK developed a web interface for data entry
