Scope of supply included FD, PLC code and SCADA screens for feed system augers. Control of augers was based on a daylight sensor with a recipe set-point controlling total feed quantity per auger per night. The feed quantity was split into several feeds through the night. All augers had independent feed set points and the ability to be disabled from the SCADA screen. Feed use can be logged with low level alarms on each dam’s feed hopper.

Generate PLC code for two dam combinations. PLC and HMI developed to CTEK automation standards. PLC Code Generation, to the CTEK code standard. A PLC template file for a Rockwell CompactLogix PLC will be provided with control for one Dam.

Ignition Hub (Central SCADA Software) was installed at head office on server grade hardware. It provides vision into each farm for management and remote support, act as a redundant historical tag database for the farms and provide a central Alarm management and SMS paging system.

Ignition Gateway was installed on PC grade hardware and provided vision into the local farm, historical logging, local alarms, and communications to the farm PLCs.
